Sandstone Arch
Description
Bring a little piece of the desert Southwest home. This arch sculpture is shaped by sandblasting, the same basic process that carves the famous natural arches of Utah and Arizona over thousands of years: wind-driven sand slowly wearing rock away. The result is a flowing, organic arch with layered bands of tan, cream, and chocolate brown running through the stone.
Picture sandstone gets its name from those swirling layers, which often look like tiny landscapes, rolling hills, or ocean waves. No two pieces are alike, so the one you receive will have its own one-of-a-kind pattern.
A great desk or shelf piece for rock lovers, geology fans, and anyone who has stood under a real stone arch and wondered how it got there.
Size: approx. 6" x 6"
Material: natural picture sandstone
Each piece is unique; pattern and shape will vary.
