Return Policy

Just know here at A2Z we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have a problem, question, or concern do not hesitate to contact us so we can make it right! We work with all of our vendors to help get the best outcome for you whether that is getting a missing part, replacement piece, or replacement product all together.

In-Store Purchase Returns:

To make a return, you will need the receipt from your purchase. All returns must be made within 30 days for full refund or 60 days of purchase for store credit and all items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.

To return a gift, you can either bring in a gift receipt or we can help try to look it up in person if it is something we still sell. The item also needs to be unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Your refund will be issued as a store credit.

Web Order Returns:

To return a purchase made through our website, you can either return those items to our store in Northampton, MA or ship your order back to us.

To return a web order you just need the A2Z Web Order Number. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt for refund (or 60 days for store credit) and all items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition. Your refund can either be issued as a store credit gift card or a refund to the card you made the purchase with.

Sorry, we do not pay for shipping on returns unless a product is defective or has an issue. For refund we can issue a refund to the card you made the purchase with once we receive the items (or store credit can be sent via gift certificate code.)
